The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role, and candidates must be located in Kampala.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good reporting skills
